This position initially starts off working approximately 10 hours per week but gradually increases over time as additional work comes in. Although the position starts as an Administrative Assistant, ideally, this will grow into an Office Manager position once different Bookkeepers, Accountants, and other staff come on board. You will eventually be my right hand in the office, overseeing and managing all functions.
Initially, you will be very hands-on while assisting me in every function of my business until additional hires are brought on board.

-High School Diploma
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Reside in the Greater Cincinnati area

-Administrative, sales, marketing, human resource, or hospitality experience is plus

UP TO $15 per hour (based on experience). Once your workload increase, so will the compensation.
Approximately 10 hours per week. Once your workload increase, so will the number of hours. This position allows for flexibility of day/times, so I am willing to work around your schedule. However, your work hours will need to fall between Monday – Friday, 9 am – 4 pm.
